Shipping & Returns Policy

Applies to UK and International Orders



Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in the same condition they were sent.

Non-returnable items:

  • 🎵 Opened or unsealed vinyl (unless faulty)
  • Items marked “warehouse finds” or “no returns”
  • Replacement items
  • Bulk orders (3+ of the same item)
  • Products from our “Out of Print” section

Vinyl Colour Variations

🎨 Due to the vinyl manufacturing process, colour variations are normal. Opened items cannot be returned based on unexpected colour differences.



Shipping Costs

📦 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.



Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or missed collection:

  • We’ll contact you to resolve the issue.
  • You may be charged additional shipping for re-delivery.
  • If you choose not to reship, we will refund the product minus a 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

❌ You have the right to cancel a physical product order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

A 5% cancellation fee may apply to customer-initiated cancellations.



International Orders (Non-UK)

🌍 We do not accept returns or offer refunds on international orders.

All international shipments include shipping insurance that covers the item and delivery cost.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged:

  • We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • If approved, we will refund you the claim amount.
  • If denied, no refund will be issued.

Bulk Orders

📦 For orders including 3 or more of the same item:

  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to refunded items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

🛠️ If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair.

We may request photos or additional details to process your return.



General Shipping Information

📦 Shipping times are estimates and transit times may vary. While we usually ship the next business day, please allow up to 5 business days for handling.

All orders include free shipping insurance, covering both item value and delivery cost. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, an insurance claim will be filed on your behalf:

  • If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement.
  • If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
  • If the claim is denied, no refund or replacement will be issued.

🚚 Shipping charges for premium services (non-standard shipping) are non-refundable.



Pre-orders & Mixed Orders

🕒 Pre-order street dates are tentative and may change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all items are available.

👉 To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.



Bulk Orders & Flat Rate Shipping

📦 Flat rate shipping is intended for individual consumer use.

We reserve the right to request additional postage fees for bulk purchases made using this option.



International Shipping 🌍

All international orders include shipping insurance.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • If approved, we will refund you the claim amount.
  • If denied, no refund will be provided.

💼 Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
